It is possible to attend the workshop without presenting a paper.
Note that:
Registration forms sent by E-mail should be
in plain ASCII with lines of no more than 80 characters.
- ESCA members should also specify their
ESCA membership number.

Students must also send proof of their student status. This could be a
copy of a student card or a form signed by their supervisor and the
students themselves.
- You should indicate what kind of room you
prefer (see the information below).
Rooms
At Rolduc we have made a reservation for 90 rooms.
There are single and double rooms; some with shower and toilet,
some with only a washbasin. So there are 4 options:
- 1. Double with shower and toilet
- 2. Double with washbasin
- 3. Single with shower and toilet
- 4. Single with washbasin
Please specify the type of room you prefer. Rooms will be reserved on a
first come - first (re)serve basis. If your prefer a double room,
indicate with whom you are going to share the room.
